​All OSFCA Members must complete annually:

OSFCA Membership Application - The easiest way to apply to the OSFCA is by using the online form.  Simply click the button below, fill in the form completely, and submit it and you will be forward to PayPal's website .You must complete the payment  process from Paypal for your application to be submitted. The annual fee is only $ 35.00.

Approval Process- Please allow ample time for your licensing status and membership requirements to be confirmed. You will receive notification by email when your membership is approved. Your annual dues must be paid in full before your membership takes effect.
